公司位于重慶市江津區(qū)德感工業(yè)園區(qū)，毗鄰成渝高速公路、重慶江津保稅區(qū)，渝貴高鐵，距重慶市中心50公里，依托重慶高速發(fā)展的水、公、鐵網(wǎng)絡(luò)，輻射全國及一帶一路地區(qū)，地理優(yōu)勢俱佳。公司現(xiàn)有員工 250人。其中：具有專業(yè)技術(shù)職稱 4人、中級技術(shù)職稱 8人，各類專業(yè)技術(shù)工人 80余人。

產(chǎn)品主要用于、船用、冶金、建材、發(fā)電、軌道交通、礦山、石油、壓力容器等行業(yè)的大中小型鍛件為主。多年來為中船重工集團、機電控股集團各下屬企業(yè)、中國二重、東方集團、太重、大連華銳及日本三菱等大型國內(nèi)外主機廠提供鍛件產(chǎn)品。2015年取得了“裝備承制單位注冊”資格，標(biāo)志焱煉鍛件正式進入領(lǐng)域。2016年被重慶市確定為裝備制造重點發(fā)展企業(yè)。
The products are mainly used for large, medium and small-sized forgings in military, marine, metallurgy, building materials, power generation, rail transit, mining, petroleum, pressure vessels and other industries. For many years, forgings are provided for large domestic and foreign enterprises, such as China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC), each subordinate enterprises of Chongqing Machinery & Electronics Holding (Group) Co. Ltd. (CME), China National Erzhong Group Co.(China Erzhong), Orient Group Co., Ltd., Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Group Co., Ltd. (TZ), Dalian Huarui Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd.(DHHI) and Japanese MITSUBISHI. In 2015, we obtained the qualification of "equipment manufacturing unit registration", marking that Yanlian forgings officially entered into the field of military industry. In 2016, it was designated as the key development enterprise of equipment manufacturing in Chongqing.
焱煉作為西南地區(qū)鍛件重要生產(chǎn)基地之一，公司設(shè)備先進、技術(shù)領(lǐng)先，在鍛壓設(shè)備上，現(xiàn)擁有8000噸、3150噸、2500噸、1600噸、1250噸自由鍛造壓機，直徑5米碾環(huán)機、5T電液錘以及多臺大中小系列鍛錘，同時擁有30臺由電腦直接控制的加熱設(shè)備及熱處理設(shè)備與之配套，鍛造單件產(chǎn)品重量滿足1kg-100噸。
Yanlian, as one of the important production bases of forgings in the southwest, has advanced equipment and technology. On forging equipment, there are 8000 tons, 3150 tons, 2500 tons, 1600 tons and 1250 tons of open die forging presses, milling machines with 5 meters in diameter, 5T electrohydraulic hammer and a number of large, and medium and small series of forging hammers, equipped with 30 heating equipment and heat treatment equipment directly controlled by computers. A single forging product can be weighing 1kg-100 tons.
與鍛件生產(chǎn)配套的加工設(shè)備，現(xiàn)有立式“車床”（Φ1.6米-Φ5米）有15臺，有臥車26臺，Zui大臥車軸類件加工能力滿足直徑2.5米、長度16米，Zui大設(shè)備承載重量80噸以內(nèi)；現(xiàn)有深孔鉆鏜床2臺，可加工內(nèi)孔尺寸Φ0.9米
長度15米以內(nèi)的鍛件。
There are 15 sets of vertical lathes (diameter from 1.6 meters to 5 meters), 26 sets of horizontal lathes. The biggest horizontal lathes can produce the shaft forgings within the diameter of 2.5 meters in and the length of 16 meters, and the maximum equipment load within 80 tons. There are 2 deep hole drillings, which can be used to process forgings with an inner hole size of 15 meters in length.
